website, a download option, and a print option.

Under the turnkey option, which was designed with the novice entrepreneur in mind, a
customer utilizes his own web page that is backed up by Concord's online catalog,
containing approximately 10,000 items that change every day. The catalog is
updated every night.

Concord will set up pricing for these customers, according to whatever percentage of
profit they want to obtain. There is a one time charge of $2,500 for setting up
the account and capability, and a $135 per month membership fee that covers
maintenance of the account. Concord will create a custom home page, at an
additional cost, for customers that do not have one.

Under the download option, customers that want to expand can download Concord's
merchandise in order to have their own secondary wholesale business. For a
one-time $500 fee, they have back-end access to the Concord website. These
customers also pay a $135 per month membership fee. In both the turnkey and
download option, customers can utilize the entire Concord product catalog, or
specialize by one or several particular categories, such as stationery, for
example.

Under the print option, a company can create a print catalog cover, using its own
name, logo and address, and print the Concord catalog of products as its own. As
with the other options, it can utilize all of the Concord products or particular
product sections.

These customers utilize the Concord customer service as their own, and Concord will
drop ship products blind, that is without the Concord identity, to customers who
will not be able to identify Concord as the supplier.

These customers get Concord's best prices, and, whatever they mark the products up
to is their commission. There is no cost for this option. Concord's user friendly
online catalog makes it easy for any customer to utilize any of the three options.
